Units power up with no problem. They will need to be programmed and I'm sorry but we don't offer that service nor do we have the software to read the radio. The 1st one sold will come with a mic' and the 2nd sold will come w/o the mic'. The 2nd one has a crack in the casing on the head of the radio as shown in the pictures. The radio works as it should. I'll take less for the 2nd one so you'll have to make me an offer on it and I'll respond.  These will ship USPS Ground and keep in mind we offer free returns for any reason.
