Gouraud, famous one-armed veteran of the World War, and the Honorable Paul Claudel, French ambassador to the United States, are greeted at quarantine by Jules Henri, French charge d'Affaires in Washington, as they arrive on the S.S. Ile de France. General Gouraud will be celebrated guest at the American Legion convention to be held in Boston next month, while Ambassador Claudel will resume his duties at Washington.Photo measures 8 x 10inches.
