Shipping

Most orders (excluding pre-sale items) are processed and shipped within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including your apartment/unit number (if applicable).

Important Notes:

• Once your order is shipped, we cannot redirect it to a different address.
• A valid phone number must be included in your shipping details, as carriers require this for delivery.
• You’ll receive a door-to-door tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched. Orders cannot be canceled after the tracking number is generated.

Customs & Delivery:

• Some countries may charge import taxes—please check your local customs policies if unsure.
• If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
