14917-14922. Photos are typical of this item. This is a Mint Tray per the ad. However, these were called a Salad Plate by the Lady I got them from. It is not signed... Circa 1943 per the Ad I found. I use a small 3 3/4", 21 LED, 395nm, Black Light for my BL photos; it is just big enough to show you it "glows"...
