Payment: The Tumult and The Shouting accepts PayPal payments in accordance with eBay requirements. An invoice shall be submitted to the purchaser. Payment is due within three days. Overdue payments will be reported to eBay. 

U.S. Shipments: Shipping for the first pack is $5.50 for USPS shipping with tracking. Shipping for each additional pack is $0.25.

Canadian Shipments: Shipping to Canada is offered through the eBay International Shipping Program.

Other Shipments: Shipping outside of North America is offered through the eBay International Shipping Program.

All Shipping: The initial shipping charge for multiple purchases shall be the highest first charge applicable among all of the items ordered. The balance of the shipping charge shall be the sum of the remaining items’ additional shipping charges. Overpaid shipping amounts will be refunded. Buyer is responsible for any and all import duties, taxes and/or fees.

Returns: Due to the ongoing variations in pricing of unopened trading card packs, items in this listing are non-returnable.
