Arts & Crafts, Single Bulb, Pendant Light Fixture--PAISTE Socket--ANTIQUE
Paddle is embossed with "HTP Co" on both sides, surrounded by a keystone. One side has a small scratch. 
Fixture includes ceiling mount with pie-crust/scalloped rim, chain, and flower shaped socket with 4 petals. 
Mount and Chain measure 17.5 inches long. Mount has a 6.25" diameter at top. Socket measures 5" long, and 4" wide.

Surface is largely exposed metal, but there are hints of black and gold throughout. See images.
