All items must be paid for at the time of purchase. 

​​​​​​​If you purchase an item through best offer, you have 3 days to pay for the item, or the order will be cancelled.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders,!

For most items, we will dispatch your parcel using Royal Mail, APC, DX, DPD or Evri. The courier will be chosen at our discretion to best suit the item you have purchased.

If you have purchased a large tank, caninet or vivarium your order will be dispatched on a pallet after you book in a delivery date with us. 

The delivery date needs to be 48hr notice of your purchase and on a weekday. 

Your delivery will need to be signed for and the driver will not leave with a neighbour or in a safe place. It will require signing for.

The driver will not help you in the property and it is your responsibilty to dispose of pallet and packaging after the delivery. The driver will not take the pallet with them. 

Make sure you're contact number is current. The driver will use this to contact you.

If you miss the delivery for whatever reason, there are no free re-deliveries. You can either collect from the holding depot or pay £35 for the 2nd delivery.

If you cancel the delivery after it has been dispatched. You'll be refunded with a deduction of £35 to cover the freight charge.

By ordering the item you confirm that you've read the following terms and conditions above and therefore agree to them. 

If there is any issues, we'll contact you via eBay messenger. 

           Returns

Please message us prior to opening a returns case. In most cases we can resolve your issue without the need to return the item/s to us. Please send images if it arrives damaged.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Should you recieve an item which requires assembling and it arrives damaged, DO NOT BUILD IT. Contact us with photos straight away and we'll replace the item.
