Incredible and fine mid century c1950s original watercolor painting by California artist Roscoe Carver (1896-1982). Depicts an eye catching outdoor scene of a garden party in a park complete with maids serving seated figures. Tall trees encapsulate the scene with a modern arch bridge in the near distance. Likely a San Francisco scene. Very well done with impeccable detail and pleasing brushstrokes. Great capture of light, depth and shadow. Medium is watercolor on paper done in an Impressionist style. Signed by the artist Roscoe Carver in the bottom right corner.
