As noted in the book - This MICKEY MOUSE CLUB BOOK is produced under the supervision of THE WALT DISNEY STUDIO.

Book does have some corner and edge wear (see photos of the dinged corner pages) with more noticeable wear on the back cover showing other Disney Characters and Mickey Mouse Club books listed. 

There is no writing or torn pages in the book. Very nice coloring on the graphics and characters.  There is the typical “aging -browning/foxing” around edges of the pages and can be expected for a book that is over 75 years old. Solid binding on this book with the imperfections shown in photos and mentioned in listing.
