This meticulous approach extended to stirring the lees, contributing a nuanced length and rounded texture to the palate. The careful crafting continued with a precise blending phase, harmonizing the diverse elements into a seamless whole.
Ensuring stability and introducing an additional layer of complexity, lemon lees were incorporated. The wine then underwent a thorough filtration process, finalising its consistent quality before preparing it for bottling.
