Hardened and ground location dowels.   These are manufactured to DIN standard 6325.  These are made from a high carbon steel, heat treated and ground to a precise tolerance of +0.0 and -0.015mm.

Used for locating cylinder heads, cylinder barrels, crankcases, clutch covers, gearbox covers for cars, motorbikes and almost anything with an internal combustion engine.

Each dowel has a 15 degree lead in chamfer to allow much easier fitment.
