The game is brand new and factory sealed, encased in its original plastic clamshell packaging from Costco. The clamshell remains fully sealed and has done an excellent job protecting the game. Both the clamshell and the game are sealed. There is a small dent on the top-left corner and a minor crack in the plastic, but overall, it's in great condition.
