Description & The Necessaries Condition:  PEARL 12-inch 6-LUG Rack Tom RIM HOOP Counterhoop Part 60s 70s.  This came off of a vintage Pearl rack tom.   Made in Japan.  (I believe they were from the 60s; however, they could have been as late as the early 70s.)   There are some minor signs of age present/wear to the chrome; however, the rim could be cleaned up further if desired.  The pictures show measurements for all of the parts.  They will also be your best description of what you are receiving.
