This is the Sikh Khalisa Sarkar office records diary, contains on maximum reports, events and letters written to different Nawabs, Rajas and Sardars i.e. Fathe Singh Allhu walia, Lala Gobind Jes, Dhayan Singh, Mahan Singh, Shah Shuja ul Mulk, Sardar Chet Singh, Khushal Singh, Desa Singh Majetia, Lala Sewak Ram, Ganga Ram, Jamadar Heera Singh, Maan Singh, Raja Sangat Singh, Jassa Singh of Noorpur, Gormakh Singh, Devi Singh, Sodhe Jawahir Singh, Subhan Singh and Zabardast Peshawari.
As well as the information about British nobals are also mentioned; Captain Claude Mortin Wade, Colonel Skenal sahib bahadur, Murray sahib bahadur and Colonel Kauk sahib bahadur.
There are the names of cities and places i.e. Ludhiana, Jind, Peshawar, Kethal, Ladwa, Maalir Kotla, Anbala, Lahore, Sarhind, Ferozepur, River Sutlaj, Fort Himmat pur, Rampur, Kohistan and Dharam Kot.
The name of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Sahib Bahadur is also mentioned in maximum letters, as well as the official stamp of Khalisa Sarkar is also affixed on mostly letters.
