Blue maxi dress.  Shirt dress style.  Buttons in front.  Zipper closure in back.  Accordion pleat skirt.  Thin belt loops in sides but no belt. Sleeves are sheer except for cuffs. There is a scarf as originally attached to inside of dress (small thread)  Can be removed and dress worn with or without.   No fabric tag - a type of heavier weight polyester with a little bit of stretch.  Dry clean only.
