Interesting and intriguing wooden dolls. Not sure of their age or where they are from. They could be early children’s dolls or possibly ethnic votive figures. I bought them around 15 to 20  years ago. Size roughly 6 inches in height, one a bit bigger. Not sure what the wood is.
