1: All international packages will be through Australia Post.

2: Please update your shipping details in your account before you bid, otherwise the parcel will go to your old address.

3: Please read carefully so you don’t expect or assume to receive more than what is described in the listing before you bid.

5: Please check your parcel for damage in transit immediately upon arrival. Any damage caused  in transit should be reported to me on the day of arrival so I can place an inquiry for compensation to the shipper.
They do not accept claims for more than 7 days from the date of arrival.

6: Buyer is responsible to take care of all import taxes and duties imposed by their country's customs.

7: In the event of late arrival, buyer must use the tracking number provided by us and call their local post office to inquire about. In most cases, there must be import charges to be paid by the buyer.

8: Please check your letter box carefully. The postman may have left a note for you to collect your parcel from the post office or re-arrange the delivery online.
