In good preowned condition. There are only a couple signs of wear- some scuffs near the toe end of the shoes and some wear on the side piping (see photos).

The rest of the shoes are in great shape! Some slight wear on the bottom heels, but lots of tread left! Size 37 is a US 6.5-7
