HOW TO SEND THE ORDER
1.1 Your order will be sent by Speedpak within 48-72 hours
1.2 Additional notes for order is Friday afternoon in China, your order will be automatically upgraded to send out on Next Monday.
1.3 International delivery - Speekpak services (a tracked service). Goods can take up to 15-45 working days to deliver. Please bear this in mind when purchasing. If your order is over 200usd, we will send out by UPS or some fast shipping way. Goods can take up 7-12 working days to deliver
1.4 International delivery - further notes. Some goods can not be shipped overseas, these include batteries and large body shells over 60cm in length.
1.5 International delivery - customs charges. Most total order values will be below the minimum customs charges for, but the minimum amount may differ between different countries and your order may get charged. We want you to be aware of this. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the freight company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional delivery charges.
1.6 Not received your order
If your order has not arrived within the above times please let us know. Some goods maybe in custome need you provide import document or maybe lost.
1.1 Return time. You have a 30 day guarantee that starts from the date the item is received.
1.2 Refund amount. A full refund will be issued no matter what the issue. A full refund is defined as the full item price + postage. Note: free postage value is 0.
1.3 Return to sender postage charges either way are not refunded except if the item is faulty or sent in error (please contact us). Please contact us for our free postage returns label.
1.4 Refunds. Return funds will be sent back to the original payment method that you paid the item.
