Returns
- Tekserve offers a 30-day return period on its products, unless otherwise noted in the listing.
- All returns covered under our 30-day return period are subject to the following:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Tekserve must accompany all returns.
- Products returned must be in the exact condition at the time of sale and must include original packaging, all documentation and accessories. - Physically damaged, abused, or misused products are not eligible for returns.
