Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class services are not tracked. An upgrade can be selected at checkout to include a tracked or 48hr delivery service. 48Hr delivery will be dispatched on a next day service but due to collection times, this may occur the following working day for delivery on the 3rd working day.

Missing parcels - Royal Mail untracked services are not classed as missing for 15 working days and may delay us in being able to sort a replacement or refund until confirmed missing. We need to offer these services to enable the availability of free delivery on all products. Missing tracked parcels will require investigation through the relevant courier company, and although we will endeavour to sort a replacement or refund, this can only be done following this investigation. We can not be held responsible for any delays in both dispatch or delivery.

International Parcels - We are a member of Ebay Global Shipping Program. All purchases made using this service are sent using a national postage service to Ebays GSP shipping centre where it will be forwarded to the customer. prior to arriving at the Shipping centre, they fall into the above terms. Following receipt at Ebay GSP, the order is insured and handled through ebay.

International parcels sent direct from the UK don not include VAT and therefore you will be charged Tax at the local rate and import duties, this responsibility is lies with the customer. if a parcel is lost due to non payment of import fees, there will be no claim against the missing item. All parcels are sent insured, however any insurance claims must be filed within 28 days of the parcel being dispatched - this term is imposed by the courier firm. If your item has not arrived within 28 days, please contact us. if you do not contact us, we will do our best to locate the item, however there will be no refund due.

Returns are accepted - If you change your mind and no longer require your item, we have a 30 day return policy. The item must be returned in new condition including the items packaging. Any defects in the product or packaging may result in a reduction in the refund fee. If an item is found to have been used or fitted prior to return, a refund is likely to be rejected as we will have to dispose of the item.

We endeavour to send you correct and accurate items and can only apologies if there is a problem with your order. We will try to resolve any issues efficiently. If you receive the wrong or a faulty item, please contact us immediately (there is no specific return time under this condition). We request that you return the item as sent (we accept packaging may be damaged), as this is likely a fault with us or the item, we will pay your postage and replace as required (please use an appropriate service for delivery as excessive postage claims may be rejected).

We are responsible for items arriving with our customers, any returns are the customers responsibility, we recommend adding insurance to ensure your courier is responsible for any loss or damage caused in transit.

It pains me to add this condition - We will need to inspect all returns prior to any refund or replacement, previously we have aimed to replace the part for customers next day to ensure you have the minimum disruption due to the unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately we are seeing items then not returned by some customers. We all make mistakes and the trust goes both ways.
