New with no box. Purchased in 2006 at Sunglass Hut. There are 2 small scratches, one on each lens that does not affect vision. A small line scratch on top of the right lens as shown on pictures 16 and 17 and a smaller line scratch on the top of the left lens as shown on the last two pictures. Probably caused by occasional handling while cleaning throughout the years.  The item will include the Oakley hard case as shown on the picture and the Oakley box for the case and not the sunglasses.
