REFUND POLICY
AS OF 01/22/2025
For BOTH Buyer & Seller protection, EACH "Confirmed" used item will be filmed & filed under it's Order Number record to ensure there is evidence of the Seller packaging AND mailing the EXACT items as described per listing. This protects the Buyer by giving comfort knowing they are getting what they pay for, protects the Seller from unforeseen discrepancies AND BOTH Buyer & Seller if the item arrives with damaged packaging due to Courier mishandling the package while in transit & a file needs to be claimed. Please read below for the details on how to return your purchases for each possible scenario.

1.a.: NOT YET Shipped - Simply Request bid/purchase cancelation with the reason you changed your mind (eBay may or may not refund shipping fee, this depends on if the label has been printed yet & can be canceled). If shipping is non-refundable & you would like to ensure the label can still be used towards an exchange rather than a refund for the item's purchase price, message me & when possible I will credit it towards ANY item that will ship for the same cost, just visit my store & message from the product of choice BEFORE purchasing & I will make the proper adjustments❤️.
1.b.: SHIPPED but Changed Mind - Don't open the package. WRITE "Refused or, Return to Sender" on the parcel, take photos of every angle whether there is damage or not & PLEASE message them to me. (you may choose: REFUND minus - Original Shipping cost OR STORE CREDIT).
*Package ARRIVES DAMAGED - Don't open the package. WRITE "Refused or Return to Sender" on the parcel, take photos of every angle whether there is damage or not & PLEASE message them to me as soon as you can (I will need to add your evidence to the files under the order number to submit along with my records to the courier). Return the package to your mailbox OR any drop location that accepts the method of delivery - ZERO Restocking Fee & FREE Return shipping. (you may choose: FULL REFUND OR REPLACEMENT/STORE CREDIT). I will handle the claim.
*Opened Package but UNOPENED Sealed Item & In the EXACT CONDITION as they were received (you changed your mind)- Buyer pays return shipping. NO Restocking Fee.
*IF Listed Item is OPENED but was Sent Sealed - Returns will still be accepted BUT there will also be a restocking fee. (This is because they will no longer be NEW & will need to be examined & possibly re-listed as USED. This takes time, money & effort. Please understand). The return cost of these will include Buyer paying the return shipping plus a minimum 10% restocking fee (10% if the product is returned in full & undamaged -aside from opening for inspection of course - so, please be gentle if you are believing there is a chance you may want to return or exchange) Restocking fee will need to raise 5% per damaged component that can NOT be re-listed in at LEAST "Used-Like New/Very Good Condition".
The Breakdown of OPEN Listed Sealed ITEMS return protocol on THIS PARTICULAR Listing:
* 1: Opened but Buyer's return has all components in received condition - 10% + Return Shipping
* 2: Opened but Buyer's return has missing/damaged Pamphlet (if applicable) or Box - 15% + Return Shipping
* 3: Opened but Buyer's return has missing/damaged BOTH Pamphlet (if applicable, if not, remains 15%) & Box - 20% + Return Shipping
* 4: Opened but Buyer's return includes ALL items damaged - 30% (25% if no Pamphlet was included) + Return Shipping.
The Sealed BLIND boxes will be going on my "Good Faith in humanity merit system". Since non-confirmed blind boxes have NOT been opened by myself to inspect, only the buyer will be aware, & I will trust that you'll let me know if they were received with or without a pamphlet ❤️.I wanted to include this because buying wholesale from the distributor HAS occasionally sent WHOLE sets that I have heard have forgotten to include them & I have no way of knowing until they are opened, and I want to ensure that you are completely safe when purchasing from my store & if a return is requested. :-)
