Returns
If the item is sold as used and working then it may be returned for refund if deemed to faulty, this will need to be reported within 48 hours of taking delivery. All items will then be tested when returned. All items are security marked and all serial numbers are recorded. If returned this will be inspected and tested, We have before and will again report this to the police as theft if any body tries fraudulently return this. If sold as untested then there is no return as you buy knowing it may or may not be functioning. If sold as faulty then there is no return at all. Please note: The returned items must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
