Spanish military surplus rifle sling with stud plate. I have many of these and you will not get the one pictured but in a similar condition.

My ratings are as follows:

Fair- leather tab will be worn and stretched but useable, metal will be worn, as well as the web. It will be fully functional.

Good- Leather tab will have wear, possible stretching but minimal. Metal parts will have some wear as well. Web may be dirty

Very Good - Leather tab and metal will have minimal wear, web is typically clean. 

Best - little to no wear on the leather tab and metal parts. Web is typically clean.
