We send replacement parts for replacing defective parts if we have parts in stock within warranty period at our cost. The replacement parts continue to carry the remaining warranty period. But does not extend beyond the original warranty period. If we do not have replacement available, we will issue refund.
Within 30 days from date of purchase, you may return products that are in original condition and have not been installed or disassembled.
We only accept returns and refunds your purchases with an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued. Please contact us for the RMA number via eBay messaging. We will evaluate the return request and issue RMA numbers accordingly.
