Vintage Panasonic RX-1650LE Portable Radio Cassette Player Some Issues Video 

The volume doesn't seem to work properly. It's either shut (to the left) or when moved to the right doesn't increase, but rather has a constant volume. Please see video.

Cassette deck spins but don't have a cassette to hear the sound. Looks like it has some buzzing in the background.

Will need a deep clean as it's rather dusty.
