Francis F. Browne. There's a single historical stamp and date to the top corner of the front wrapper. No other markings of any kind.
This number is one of the most comprehensive turn of the century collections of pertinent information on American and European literature, publishers, libraries, periodicals, etc., that I've ever come across covering the journal's years in print from its founding in 1880 to 1900. You'll find this kind of literary detail in no other single place.
A great snapshot of the literary world as it turns from the 19th to the 20th century.
