In the event that a part arrives damaged while in transit, please let us know immediately by sending a message through the contact seller link!  Buyers have 3 business days to alert us of an issue and 14 calendar days from the delivery date to complete the return process.  Please review the return policy outlined below.

Return Policy:

• Buyer must notify us of the return within 3 business days of receiving the item(s)
• Customer pays the return shipping
• The item(s) must be returned in resalable condition within 14 calendar days
• If the returned item(s) are determined to be in resaleable condition, a refund will be authorized

Shipping rates for small parcel shipments are calculated from actual UPS shipping rates with weight and dimensions applied.  If you require additional insurance, please reach out before paying the final invoice.  Additionally, if express shipping is needed, please send us a message as soon as possible.

Freight shipments will be coordinated through our third-party logistics company.  Please reach out for a quote today for shipments over 150 pounds!
