He is a rare sweet, innocent looking elf  pixie, vintage Christmas Pixie Elf  Gnome knee hugger.  He has big light yellow hair and is wearing a green felt outfit with a black scarf and boots. He ia holding a candy cane made of red and white vintage pipe cleaners.Sparklie Eyes are open with a Smiling curious face and rosy cheeks and very large pointy ears. His mouth looks as though he is singing so I believe he is a Christmas Caroler Elf. Stretched out he is about 6" high. His  legs has wire to the inside so he can be displayed. He would bring great cheer to anyone’s holiday. He has lost his  JAPAN  sticker. He is in good vintage condition.
