DOD R-831 C Series 31 Band Studio Graphic Equalizer with rack ears.  It has been serviced with the chassis, inputs, pots, and sliders having been cleaned and FaderLube applied.  There are 9 missing slider tips but all bands perform as they should.  I didn't look for replacement tips.
