This is a rare vintage "Tico Toys" black and white polk-a-dot dog from the 1940s-50's. 

It is a perfect addition to any collection of other vintage and antique toys. The dog is a 

dalmatian on wheels. This piece is still much desired and rare. It is an excellent item 

for collectors or anyone who appreciates vintage toys. Measures approx: 5 1/2"x 3 1/2"
