I love this dress. It is made of thick material. Not the quality you see in clothes today. It is not see through. The  material is also very comfortable not itchy. It is a nice cotton feel. The dress fits at the knees. IT is sleeveless and wraps around the waist. 
There is a rhinestone buckle on the side. 

Please look at the pictures for measurements.  Lastly, there is a black dot  by the tag on the neck. The dot did not go through the fabric. In other words it didn't blead through the dress.

The dress comes from a smoke free home, no pets, or rips. It is in excellent condition for being vintage.
