Comes 100% complete in original long jewel case (no cracks light wear all-around), with back cover-art, manual (registration card still attached in center), Styrofoam to hold disc in place and disc. Hinges on long case are great and work fine no breaks. Disc is in good condition - light surface wear, tested and plays great (PLEASE SEE PICS). Also included is a light plastic case to cover the whole case.
