Woodblock print from an antique printed Ramayana

This print shows Rama breaking shivas bow and winning Sita’s hand in marriage

This particular edition was printed between 1850s and 18880s… going by the paper used ink prints etc.

I have a few from this series purchased years ago. I will be listing all

Condition is fair . Some have corners missing . Small tears . Binding holes and a few tiny holes to the image itself

These are rare .

Size 9 x 6.5 inches sheet size

8.5 x 4.5 inches image size

Condition : this one has a few issues. Bottom left corner missing so is a portion of the top left corner

Damage to bottom margin

Three small holes within the image

Still a good busy image

Would look stunning once framed
