This is an extremely rare piece of American history. This is a Red Line Copy of the 2016 PIPES Act. This was signed into law by Barack Obama and is an exact copy of the legislation. These copies are given to legislators in Congress that work on and draft the bills that get signed into law. Although this piece isn’t hand signed by Barack Obama it is still an extremely rare piece that does not come up for sale. It’s still an offical US document.
