It is a Very Soft Supple Leather

It Features Leather Ties and Grommets

Chest is 38.5" Fully Closed

Can easily accommodate 2" to 3" loosening the ties at the Sides and Front.

It should easily fit a Chest Size of 44.5" up to 47.5"

Length in Front and Back is 34"
