Partly glossy reddish brown and chocolate blending to dark olive brown in protected areas. There are traces of red and greenish verdigris on both sides, some old scratches on the portrait and a pit at the bottom of the second S in STATES. Clear date and other than some weakness on the upper reverse, complete legends.
