Vintage Painting of Ogdensburg-Prescott International Bridge (Framed)

*This beautiful, yet rustic looking painting is absolutely amazing IMO. I am not sure of the artist because there is no artist signature that I am aware of and I don't want to take the backing off of it (see photos for condition & "sealed" back). You will also notice from the photos that the backing of the frame job has tears that are taped. It came out of an old abandoned building in Upstate New York. This painting may also be a photo painting (not 100%). It has a sticker from a photographer (see photos) named Betty Steele. I called the number attached but received no answer. I have been attempting to get as much information as I could, but to no avail. Hopefully the new owner can find more information or is content with the unknown.
