This has been our personal home laptop since new and everything works great. There are some scratches on one corner (new puppy chewed in it a bit) and other minor marks from normal indoor use. There is one minor bubble on the bottom left of the screen but it is not visible or noticeable when the screen is on. Pictures show all of these minor flaws.
