Back in the USSR fire cupping was very popular and was known as Medical Glass cups treatment, which sounds like Медицинские Банки, Стеклянные Банки, банка стеклянная кровоотсосная in Russian.
Cupping is a therapy which stimulates blood flow and Qi (energy) within the muscles by applying small glass “cups” over the affected areas of the body.
