Performance Part offers a limited 90 day warranty to all our products. We firmly believe our parts are free from any defects in workmanship, material and that all manufacturing is processed under a strict quality control environment.
The 90 day period is applied from the original date of purchase and is non-transferable. The limited warranty does not cover labor, any damages from accidents or installations, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. Warranty and exchanges may be limited to defective and or damaged items during transit to you.
All warranty claims must be authorized and returned prepaid to Performance Part for inspection and approval along with a filled out warranty form. This warranty does not cover or assume responsibility for any expenses, such as labor, towing, loading fluids, oils or car rentals.
Absolutely no exchanges will be made for any products that has been damaged, misused or improperly installed. We highly recommend that a licensed professional bear the responsibility of proper installation. The buyer also assumes risk of possible damage caused by improper installation.
