This added $4 usually make the cost of shipping cheaper for the customer so that I can ship the items in bubble mailers instead of heavy, large boxes which would cost more than the addition $4. This item has been carefully weighed and measured to accurately calculate the shipping charges. The US Postal Service sets the fees based on distance, weight, and size, therefore we are not able to reduce or alter the shipping charges (with the exception of combined shipping for multiple purchases.)
All purchases will receive a tracking number and once your package is handed off to UPS/USPS we are no longer responsible for it. We obtain proof of shipment for all packages (receipt from the USPS.)
