I am the first owner, purchased from my local store in 2015. It has been stored in an plastic bin (no lid) and it has somehow picked up some dark spots. I do not know how or why they are there of if they will possibly come out in the wash. Size 6-8, new with tags. Please ask any/all questions. Happy to help if I can.
