Antique powder box.  About 5 3/4 across and 3 1/2 inches high.  Raised enamel floral.  Solid brass hinge and ring.

Wave Crest Helmschmeid Swirl decorated by C F Monroe in the USA.  It glows a bit yellow under black like, especially the bottom.

Condition:  Excellent.  Air bubble pops on the lid, see rear right side.  The white showing by the hinge is just old caulk.  There are no chips or cracks.
