Doesn't work for vibration & beep mode:
- First confirm whether the receiver and remote control are out of power.
- Confirm whether the receiver and remote channel are correct, If the receiver is paired with channel1, the remote can only work with channel1
- If the above two points do not work, it is recommended to re-pair the collar and try again.
For shock mode not working or unstable:
- skin contact is critica for the shock mode to function effectvely. When using shock mode. make sure the metal tip is in direct contact wits the skin under the dog's neck.
- Adiust the collar length to what is most comfortable for your dog. Check the tightness of the Collar by inserting one finger snuglv between the collar and neck.
- If your dog's hair is long and dense, use long contact points and make sure they are in direct contact with your dog's skin.
- Each dog has different tolerance levels, The shock mode has 0-99 levels, You can adiust the level according to vour dog's reaction
Function keys or knobs do not work:
- Please check whether the remote control is locked and make sure it is unlocked before operating the buttons or knobs.
