This is a pair of Club Z Collection wide leg high rise casual / beach / cover up sheer pants in a black and white all over leaf pattern with silver metallic accent stripes. The waist is a pull on elastic with decorative front tassel tie.  The front of the pants are split with pom-poms running down to the ankle.  The measurements are:  Waist at rest 30-stretched 36, rise 13, inseam 27, and length 40".   These are super cute and comfy!  Please contact me with any questions.
