Program from the Boston College vs Holy Cross football gam,e played at Fenway Park on December 2, 1939. The covers features head coach Frank Leahy during his brief two-year stint at BC before he famously broke his contract to become head coach at Notre Dame.
Overall, the program is in very good condition with a tight spine and moderate edge wear and corner bumping and rubbing. However, a four page spread of pages from the center has detached from the spine staples. Also, the four page, center fold roster appears to have been pulled from the magazine (likely at the game by whoever bought the program originally). That section has a lot of damage along the edges (see photos). Even so, most of the program is in very good condition and it is complete.
