This Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck is built around forcing everyone to draw extra cards while punishing opponents for every card they put into their hands. Cards like Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, Psychosis Crawler, Spiteful Visions, and Phyrexian Tyranny steadily drain life as the table draws more and more cards. Wheel effects such as Windfall, Whispering Madness, Dark Deal, Molten Psyche, and Commit // Memory rapidly refill hands while triggering massive amounts of damage. The deck also generates tremendous value through cards like Waste Not, Forced Fruition, and Curiosity, turning opponents' card draw into resources for yourself. Additional payoff creatures such as Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, Seizan, Perverter of Truth, and Dragon Mage amplify both card advantage and damage output. Defensive interaction from Chaos Warp, Aetherize, Terminate, and Bedevil helps you survive until your engines are established. Overall, this is a chaotic group-slug strategy that overwhelms opponents by making drawing cards become a dangerous and eventually deadly proposition.
