    We accept returns for 30 days for defective items. We do not accept returns for non-defective items. All returned items are inspected and matched for the serial number of the item shipped and tested before a refund or replacement will be issued. Incorrect items or items found to be missing parts, or a different serial number will not be refunded. If we make an exception and allow a non-defective return, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.

    If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours and we will file a claim with the shipping company. No refunds will be given until the shipping company has decided the claim. We will not be responsible for any shipping damage that you report more than 3 days after delivery.
